McDonald Kuhn, PLLC was founded in 1919 by W. Percy McDonald (1890-1969). The firm represents a number of insurers, insureds, businesses and individuals in State and Federal courts, administrative bodies, boardrooms and beyond. McDonald Kuhn, PLLC's diverse practice includes insurance defense, commercial litigation, employment law, subrogation recovery, transportation law, civil rights, alternative dispute resolution, tort litigation, health care and professional liability law, and divorce and family law matters.

In addition to providing quality service to its clients, McDonald Kuhn, PLLC encourages its members and associates to take an active role in the community and law related matters. One of our founding members, Edward W. Kuhn, (1904-1983) was honored to have been elected President of the American Bar Association (ABA) in 1965. Currently, McDonald Kuhn lawyers hold positions of leadership with the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Associations, The Memphis Bar Association as well as community and national philanthropic organizations.
